Wordpress Site - Multiple Tasks needed - PHP, CSS, HTML - repost

Have a wordpress site that needs editing. Need the home page (coming soon page) to be edited. Need some modules or widgets put on that page so customers are informed of news about the company before it goes live. (Blog posts widget, social media widget, widget where customers can sign up via email [basically just submit their email]) Need a couple of pages changed (layout). Need images to be added to one of those pages with a Javascript type image viewer (already installed i believe) When on the main website, need a solution for the template. Currently the navigation bar loads over the background image so the background image is not fully viewable. Need a solution to shrink that image when main website is loaded or have that image change to something else. Need the footer to be organized better with CSS. Need the latin phrases and wording taken out of the template and replace with words like "Hotel 1, Hotel 2, etc. & Destination 1, Destination 2, etc.) This way I know what that widget or page is, instead of deleting it completely since we'll want to use it in the future.
