Forex Landing Pages and Banners

We need 4 landing pages designed in PSD and sliced into w3c compliant HTML. The design should use high res but light weight graphics and have a clear call to action. The landing pages should have cutting edge design for a high conversion rate. Each landing page will have a form on it. After the user submits the form, the data should write to a secure excel spreadsheet or with the information the user submitted. Additionally, after the submit button is pressed, the user will be forwarded to the Real account signup page on our website (I will provide you a link to the signup form in a PM if necessary). The variables from the lp will be passed to this page. The comment box on the registration page will be filled with the name of the offer such as "GURANTEED 150% BONUS". Even if the user doesn't submit real account page, we'll still have his information from the lp submit. Each landing page should contain 2 banner designs. Each banner design will be available in the following sizes: 728x90 300x250 250x250 428x60 The banners should all be animated gif with 2 to 3 frames and be light weight with a clear call to action. All designs need to be top notch, I need to see a portfolio. We're looking for a 1 week turn around time. Project should be about $250.
