Can anybody help me setup an internet forum, preferably in SMF, fully secured against spamming, hacking and other malicious activities, with the the following features: 1.) English and Brazillian Portugese: Such that you can choose your language at anytime, whether you are just entering the site (that is not logged in) or you have already login. You just click on "English" or "Portugese". 2.) Featured Topics: Forum administrators and moderators can browse through the forum and click feature on interesting topics and puts the topic on the home page. 3.) Related Topics and Latest (Newest) topics This site - [login to view URL] - is a good example except that it is in English only and does not have the Latest (Newest) Topic feature.
