Hello. I need a very good web-designer and graphic designer to help me with my sites. I only deal with person itself not companies, not even small ones. I would like someone with a very very creative mind. You should be one of those guys always online via messengers, like me. You should work very good and very fast. You should be easy to deal with and fast to understand requests: for example, I may just tell you that i am cloning some 5 or 10 pages site and I need substitutes for the flash files, different from the cloned site of course. You are expected to go to the cloned site, understand the concept and come up with the new files. If you are going to ask me what I want to insert in the files, don’t bid, i need a guy to solve my design problems, not to create new ones. ------------------------ Payment will be done via paypal or e-gold after 5 hours of work, or 50 USD, whatever comes first. This project is good for someone that wants a webmaster that regularly requests for work. If you are a company or a project manager you should not bid because I also represent a company so I need to pay low fees for bulk work, while you need to charge higher fees.
