Creating a Dreambox plugin - Online archive tv

Hello, For the Dreambox 800 HD i would like to have a plugin so that i can watch to the online archive of the Dutch national television (Nederland 1, Nederland 2 & Nederland 3 and the RTL XL services). You should be able to program in Python. With the online archive you should be able to watch all the programmes that you've missed. For the channels; Nederland 1, Nederland 2 & Nederland 3 the service called "Uitzending Gemist" and is foundable on [login to view URL] For the channels RTL4, RTL5, RTL7 and RTL8 the service website is; [login to view URL] The website; [login to view URL] already has record the archive of both "Uitzending Gemist" and "RTL XL". How is able to handle the job so this plugin should be able to work on a Dreambox with an image like newnigma2. Please only respond if you can handle the job. Kind regards.
