2 Community Websites

We require two web sites designed as outlined in the attached documentation. If any 3rd party commerical components/products are used, the cost should be included (and noted) in the your submitted bid. Open source (free) components/products may be used provided they are disclosed to us in advance and we approve of their use. The only exception to this is for PHPbb already approved of in the attached documents and the affiliate script already approved of in the attached documents. The visual portion of the design work must be unique and original, not from a template. When complete, we expect all source code including FLA files for those portions of the site using Macromedia Flash. We also expect the source image files (PSD, TIFF or whatever format they are in). Music for the Flash Movie function in the [login to view URL] site will be provided by us. We have licensed music for this project. The [login to view URL] project must be completed first, followed by the [login to view URL] project. Please read the attached documents very carefully before placing a bid. Also, be sure to include a minimum of 3 examples of original designs you have created. We are very concerned with the artisistic ability of whomever we hire. (Coding ability of course is also very important.) Thank you for you interest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We are flexible about the platform provided that all our functional requirements are met, but would prefer php.
