Tell A friend script

I need a tell-a-friend script with all the features at [login to view URL] However I need an additional feature. When someone refer a friend using the script, he will be awarded X points. When the friend who he refers come to the website and refer more people, he will be rewarded certain points Y for each of the people who are furthered refered. Please refer to the jpg for a clear illustration. The points and number of level will be able to be configured in the admin panel.
