10 page base web site WITHOUT server-side functionality

Technical Requirements: Must conform to XHTML schema(NEGOTIABLE). Must use CSS extensively instead of in-line code. Use of large images is NOT allowed except for banner. Use icons (small images: width<100px, height<100px) where applicable, especially for controls such as buttons, check-box, radio, links, textfield. NO flash, vbscript, or applet. If you are considering SVG, please provide details. Wherever possible Copyright statement for Intellinova must be displayed. Functional Requirements: Must be aesthetically pleasing. Must be nicely designed. Must be very proffessional. _Four Tasks_: Must design 1 logo (5 sizes, jpeg), symbolic description will be provided. Must design a banner (jpeg, 3 sizes). Must design one template to be used for all of the pages. Must design a website that is functionally based on the attached page "[login to view URL]". No server-side expected, strictly javascript,css, xhtml/html, images and other front-end components. Overview: There are 9 main pages- Home, Services Page, Service Detail Page, Products, Product Detail Page, OpenSource, About us, Contact-Us. There are 2 pop-ups- copyright& terms-of-use. I have attached a basic/badly designed/unproffesional page to give you an idea of what is needed. Please use it only as a very rough idea. Professional and well designed work is expected. Summary: Must be a great website designer, if you can design a ***professional*** **visually appealing** website in html, css and javascript. You are my candidate. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
