We currently use ACT as a customer management program.? With this program, we are tracking customer history, scheduling jobs, maintaining customer information, and generating customer letters by linking to Word.? It sorely lacks the flexibility we need to track history of work orders and link to our Quickbooks accounting program.? I also need a convenient,? scheduling? module that can schedule jobs by the person.? This module will ideally be linked tothe work order portion in that we do not have to duplicate the information. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
