Fix membership site built with Joomla

I had a membership site built in Joomla, but it is only barely operational and needs a lot of look and feel work done. There are less than a dozen pages, with a forum, a picture gallery, and a newsletter subscription page. Most of these are operational, but still need some work. In a nutshell, I need the following done... 1. Need the forum edited to mirror the existing forum on an old site, including importing the strings and users from that old Perl-based system. 2. I have a specific look and feel that I'd like to achieve, similar to the current one, but cleaner. It will take some significant editing on all pages. 3. I like support for a week or so in getting all the kinks worked out once the initial look and feel and functionality are good. We'll be importing a few hundred users to start to help us out finding any oddities. The site was built using an open-source app called Joomla, but I'm not committed to this. I've already spent far more money than I was hoping to on this project and am still far from being done. If you know another solution that would save time/money in the long run, but still give us a great membership site, please suggest it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform UNIX server, PHP, MySQL.
