Enhance Property Management Program

We have an Access 2002 Property Management application used by a number of customers to manage their properties. The application lets them record property details, accounts, maintenance jobs, etc. We need to make 3 change to the application as part of this bid request: 1. When recording expense, we want to give the user the option of making the expense recurring. Once setup, the expense needs to be automatically applied to the accounts. A recurring expense maintenance screen will be needed. 2. Very smilar to above, when recording maintenance jobs for a property, we want the user to be able to schedule them as recurring. Once setup, the system needs to automatically schedule the jobs. 3. The database has the Property Address field setup as the link to a number of sections in the database which means that you can not change the address as it will break the link to related maintenance jobs, accounts, etc. We need to change the database so the user can change the address without breaking all the forms and reports. We are considering porting the application to .NET after these changes and are looking for a team who can continue to support the ongoning development of the application. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
