C#, Dotnetnuke Module Bug Fix

I have a small module that collects lead information from clients. On submit the form will send email(s) that is pre-configured in the module settings. The module should also send an email whenever a submit action is processed to a pre-defined email address also in the settings. None of the emails are being sent. I have one version of the module that sends to the person who fills out the forms but none of the other email rules work in that version. I need someone to fix this module asap.
