Data getting from Betfair and / or Betdaq

I am looking for program which will be able to get data from horse racing bet events from Betfair (not using API) or Betdaq (using API). Betdaq is preferable solution. The program should be able to get some data (eg. back / lay odds) at certain point of time before the race starts and then during the race. Ie. it must be able also to find when races start. Data must be put into one file which will be readable by MS Excel. I will disclose details to serious bidders. I need the data for one full month. I do not care so much about the program itself. But, I do not want program which will need my computer to work 24 hours/day. Therefore, I need application which will either: a) work on internet b) work on computer of coder c) any other solution ... and will provide me with data. In case of b) and c) please split your offered fee into part relating to program development and part relating to running the program for one full month (for case I will then need further scan). The deadline of this auction is for program itself. If you are able to provide me with data service I will open private auction for such service or extend the deadline (to be agreed). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and Czech Republic Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform output in MS Excel compatible form. Other to be agreed.
