Import product from Access database to VirtueMart

We have a very urgent need for a script that will import a database of products stored in an Access database, into VirtueMart. This project will be awared primarily on how soon a working script can be delivered. As this really is very urgent due to being let down by the existing developer. Once complete we will need a payment module developed to interface with a credit card gateway, although this is not part of this project, just letting bidders know it will be up for grabs too. Script will need to allow for the following: Allow user to map products to multiple categories manually; Allow a reimport of an updated database that will update/add/remove any changed items; Be user friendly as it will be used by non technical users; Allow for manual editing and mapping of the MAN column, which is for Manufacturer. This is to remove comments that have been inserted to this column. I have attached a pdf of a few pages of the database tables. Basically each item has a code, seen in the DISC column, This code forms the title of the product. And multiple rows will appear for this code, these rows will be joined together to form the product description. As these rows form the track listing for Karaoke DVD's.
