Winamp Plugin to Monitor Playlist Change

You should create a [Winamp][1] plugin that will warn the user when the playlist changes. The purpose is to prevent user from accidentally deleting, adding, or reordering items in the playlist. Please also try to prevent accidental playlist modification (e.g. accidentally enabling "shuffle"). The next part of the project is incorporating your changes into an existing plugin (attached) and adding user interface checkboxes for your features. Detailed requirements are attached. I will pay you a $100 bonus after the work is done, _if there are no major bugs_. For every bug that I find, such as buffer overflow, exception, crashing, etc, I will deduct $20.
