Lottery Results Grabber in PHP

Hello, I need PHP application/script that will grab, parse and insert into database world lotteries results. But application for WIN32 that will store data in some format, i.e. csv file is accepted as well. Requirements: 1. The project includes requirement to get data from all US lotteries ( about 70 ) and about 70 from the rest of the world (totally 30 countries). 2. The project must grab arhives of results as well as latest results. 3. Fields to grab: Lottery Name, Draw date, Winning numbers separated with ";" How this can be done: there are many lottery sites that give latest results and results archives, like this one : [login to view URL] or just use google, etc. Result archives are often given by apropriate lottery sites, you can find links if browse links on site given above, like [login to view URL] 4. Ofcourse while project it can appear that some game does not have archive online, if it is so we will check and only latest results for them will be acceptable to complete a project. 5. Grabbing of last results is a must, although if for some lottery it cannot be done, we will check and accept that. ( "cannot be done" will be accepted if results for the game are not published anywhere on the web constantly ) 6. Final list of lotteries will be given to winning bidder, it will not exceed 140 lotteries as specified. Obviously the project is for someone who can do this big analitics, research work in our budjet with enough knowledges to parse different inputs. Good luck! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
