Computer Store Software

First off we run a retail comptuer store. We take in PC's for repairs upgrade and troubleshooting the criteria is going to be outlined below. I would Like 2 Projects but lets stick with the simple one first. ( Cusomter Machine Entry Form) 1. get customer information and save into list box type database with view,search,add, delete qualitys. Similar to quickbooks2001. A simple form can do this. 2. Next step is to enter the pc Make and Model. another form i have. The form consists of. If they brought any software disks cables or hardware with them. Can be listen in a text box. Type of Online Service / 2 text boxes username/password. Does 4. Once all the information on the make and model is entered they can walk through a simple Listbox Step By Step of what the problem is so the technician is well informed. Example. Problem-Cannot sign online --> Software used AOL --> Verson 5.0 ---> so it shoudl be a flow based process just like web forms. 4. We need to get there information, name address etc and import it to quickbooks 2001 so we dont enter data twice. This is optional. 5. I have all of the dialogs built in Visual C++ 6 if you would like to see some of the dialogs before starting the project. I assume you would. The contain the information for dialog dropdowns and other info. I can supply anything needed for infromation on the project. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
