Chart Pattern Recognition

I am looking for chart pattern matching algorithms, written in C# or C++ that is able to interpret Stock Patterns such as the Cup and Handle pattern, Head and Shoulders Pattern, Triple Tops, and Wedges. These patterns should work over any time period. The data you will be analyzing will be in an array for, and you should be able to take these arrays of data (Open, Close, High, Low) and analyze them for the specific patterns. The use a Neural networks would be appropriate in this case, due to the dynamic nature of the matching.
