Sharepoint 2007 small solution package

We are looking for a SharePoint solution package (. wsp) with the requirements described below so that, once deployed in the corresponding Web Application can be added as a WebPart. The WebPart should work for any library, filtering data according a DateTime column. Aim: The aim is to filter information from a form library to display only those forms that meet a specified date range. Preconditions: A form library with a InfoPath 2007 template published. The library lets to initiate new instances of that template and save changes by pressing the Submit button. The library has a DateTime field, published as a property promotion in InfoPath 2007, so the column is 'Microsoft Office InfoPath' type. The forms will open in the browser itself rendered through InfoPath Forms Services. Requirements are: It should be possible to indicate two dates ('DatePicker' fields), to display those forms whose DateTime field promoted (property promotion) is between the two values (inclusive): · If the two 'DatePicker' fields are empty, must show all the forms. · If the two 'DatePicker' fields show the correct date ranges (first date less than or equal the second date), it should show all forms which DateTime field is between the two ‘DatePicker’ fields. · If the first 'DatePicker' field is empty, must display all the forms which DateTime field is earlier or equal to the date shown on the second 'DatePicker' field. · If the second 'DatePicker' field is empty, must display all forms which DateTime file is later or equal to the date specified in the first 'DatePicker' filed, to current day. A sample screenshot is provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
