Open Source Real Estate CRM/CMS Migration

We have an old cms system that we need to replace. Search for open source crm/cms for features such as real estate lead tracking and property tracking that can be fairly easily modified to allow similar abilities as the attached crm/cms. Login remote to install the selected applications on vmware server. Make modifications to achieve the functionality that can be inferred from the attached UI models. This version is for a production prototype that users will QA Test. Abilities that cant' be easily inferred from the attached Visual models will be added on a subsequent request after User QA Test. Many crm/cms are listed on the [login to view URL] and any other suggestions are also accepted. Some have installations on virtual machines that can be easily downloaded for review. The mostly likely seem to be sugarcrm and open-realty. Just compare the visual models from the attached cms to other open source cms and recommend some that are a good match, install and make revisions. The deliverable is a list of crm/cms that can be used and what percentage they need to be modified, the applications installed on our server and modified to replace the abilities of the existing crm/cms. This project is best for someone who has already worked with crm/cms and real estate applications and can work from the Visual Models. ## Deliverables You should have the ability to complete this request based on the examples provided and knowledge of typical solutions in the subject matter or be willing to do research to complete the request. Specific technical specifications are not available. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Recipient agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information, and to prevent the Confidential Information from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons. d) Scope.
