OBS was required to develop and automate the process of day to day transaction of any bank; it has all the features need to operate the banking procedure Various additional features for ensuring more security, integrity have also been provided. Some of them being: • Forgot password feature for retrieving one’s password back. • Complaints/suggestions can be feeded & read by administrator direct, to ensure organizational welfare.
