Grab Headlines, parse and write to text file

I have a script that grabs headlines, parses the html and writes to a text file that I use as a include. Here is the [page][1] . I want to drop the <[login to view URL]> and add the stories from [here][2] with the **search terms** "Darien and,or McIntosh County" and **Year(s) to search:** "2004" If you look at the attached script you will grasp exactly what I require.
