Content Management in C# ASP.NET

We need a simple web based content management system written in C# for ASP.NET 2.0. The CMS software must have the ability to add pages based on selectable templates and support multiple editable regions on each page. The editable regions must be modifiable by a WYSIWYG editor that supports the standard features in products such as FCKeditor, and include image uploading and CSS style support. The content should be stored in a SQL 2000 database. The idea is for our customers to be able to add, modify and delete pages from their web site, but not be able to modify any content contained in the graphical headers. We are aware that there are many free versions of c#, asp.net 2.0 CMS editors available for use: <[login to view URL]>some of which are freely licensable. The CMS system could be based on one of these or code of your own. See file for more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CMS support of major browsers. Must be C# for ASP.NET 2.0, SQL 2000: other languages or versions will not be acceptable. Of course, JavaScript is permitted on the interface pages as needed.
