QR CODE joomla module from latitude and longitude data

HI to all. I have a system that show the details of an music event with a small map (using google maps). For each event, there are saved the latitude and longitude information, therefore, I need to build a custom joomla module, that generate from the geo informations a QR code compatible with iphone android. This QR CODE will start the smartphone embed system map to allow people's to navigate with it's own gps system to the event locations without errors.
