Ajax Shopping Cart needed ASAP

I am looking to integrate an ajax shopping cart into an xhtml or php website. I need an experienced developer with a proven script or plug-in that is integrated in both paypal and google checkout and possibly authorize.net. The turn time on this project should be less than 1 day. There is less than 5 products and all i need is a sample of 1 working page and i can add in the rest of the add-to-cart buttons and the necessary code provided by developers. The cart must work with paypal and google, no exceptions. The cart should have a show and hide, have an ajax-type of interface and be easy to add to my site pages.
