Need a PCB Design engineer to create custom PCB

I need a PCB design engineer who can create a network based control device for my machines. I will provide all logics and clarifications needed and I can also share a poorly created Eagle PCB design (I created myself, with zero experience) that will help understand what I need. This design was created on STM32 based Microprocessor. The PCB circuit works most like a PLC, which will be used as network based driver for my machines. The logic works on 24VDC and these circuit units will need to work as network nodes/clients that will listen to the server on network (which would be Microsoft Windows based machine) and basis on what server sets values for each machine in the database, these control units would read and then transfer command to the actual machines, and vice-a-versa. These control units need to have connection options as: 1. Intranet (Network using RJ-45 or Optical Fiber cable) 2. USB for unit testing and debugging 3. Possibly CAN (Controller Area Network) Bus.
