I would like a powershell to detect if a session is currently running on a Windows 2008 Server and if their isn't one to automatically launch one using a specified username/password. Code must be well commented

Hello, As per understanding of the define requirement is , we have write the C# code and it's communicate Windows 2008 AD server with the power shell scripting . And It's to authenticate via on of the manager user ID and password and maintain the user session . If i am correct on the requirement , this require 5 days me to develop the process and deliver to you. If any correction on the requirement understanding , please let me know.
