Develop Simple Cloud-based Sales Automation

Hello, Need your help to develop a simple on-cloud based CRM sales application, as following details: Application Description: This is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application, which is in this phase will focus on sales automation. Sales people will use this application to record all their activities via Internet such as accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Specification for Software: • Operating system must be running under Microsoft windows platform • Web server is running under Apache or IIS with the latest version • Database can be using MySQL or SQL Server with the latest version • Support POP3, SMTP and IMAP • Support https for accessing database Application Features: • Organize Contacts: store unlimited contacts by name, email address, phone number. Location, company, job title, social profiles, etc. Categorize contacts by tags that can be utilized to create mailing list. • Manage & Assign Tasks: manage and assign tasks for team, an email reminder will be sent 48 hours before a task is due. Check off capabilities for the tasks that have been completed. • Import & Export Contacts: Synchronize with popular email services ie: mailchimp to import contacts. Import and export contacts in CSV, Excel files. • Attach Files: upload and attach documents/files in excel, word, picture format. • Organize Notes: store an unlimited number of notes. Each note is dated and displayed in a timeline. Capability to write in full paragraphs (or more) of information to share with team members. • Monitor Social activity: capabilities to stay update with contacts/leads social activity on twitter, FB and Linkedin. Monitor recent tweets/status update in social media. • Opportunity management: opportunity tracking and reports, opportunity reminders, input and update opportunity, integrate to account, input and update opportunity includes: sales stage, probability, team involved, opportunity account, expected close date, etc. • Account management: capabilities to provide a single view of customers across products, territories, account, and status. In one single page, users see not only account information, but all associated sales opportunities, contacts, activities, history, cases and quotes. Specification for Application: • Must be using a public framework to develop the application such as wordpress, code igniter, dotnet, etc. • Implement Ajax technology in the application • Database connection is using ODBC or ODBC-like • All features is as stated above with additional features as follow: o Lock user when user enters incorrect password 5 times o Daily News o Alert by email o Integrated to social media such as twitter, FB, linkedin • GUI design must be created by your own creation • Dominant color is grey and orange • Application is using English language Deliverable: • Tested application (including source code and application design document) • Database (including database engine and database design document ) • Installation document • User guide document
