Opencart upgrade gave some errors and so I need to fix them

There was nothing wrong with my website initially. It was running on Opencart 1.5.3.1 but then I upgraded to 1.5.6.4 and it resulted in some errors which are clearly visible. Before bidding please go to the website and look at the errors [login to view URL] and only bid if you can undo them. I know that this is a very straight forward task and need it completed today. While you are looking at the coding of the website, there is a map in the contact us section that I would like removed as well after you are finished. Thanks
