Hi Freelancers We want an approximate quote on making a Simple looking (Neat) App for Android and Apple. This app will have the following features. Need to build it via XAMARINE as we are on a budget (I will discuss pricing/timings for both) User signs in via mobile and email, Maps, Chat feature (it's not a chat app), push notifications, auto-sms to a filtered list of people based on requirement posted by a user.
