We have a survey form for our guest satisfaction in paper format (see attachment) We need that form to be presentable on an android tablet, as a local application (poor internet connection) Results (data + pdf) should be stored on a Google Drive. The statistics module should be accessible via our website (Joomla)

Hi, Based on the form we have reviewed, our bid is for building android tablet app which will take users input and will store on local store. It will also generate pdf and save it on google drive. It will work on low connectivity area as well so whenever there is connection it will push those data. Here we would suggest to have a web administrative version as well that will help in management.
