Secondly we will create one background activity which always remain live and it simply calculates how many data was used by particular user and based on that we can calculate total payable amount for per user as per amount user decided. How it can be done: A is sharing his/her data and when B will used it then 1) B must need a mobile wallet to pay the amount for /MB usage 2) A need a feature within the app to see how many people are connected and which one is using how much data. 3) A would be needing report of data usage(that depends on your choice you need it hourly, day to day or monthly) I have many other options as well to share and if you can open your message window we can discuss this in detail.
