I would like to create a simple count down clock application for exercise purposes. Firstly, the user defines the settings by stating the work out time, the rest time, and number of repetitions. Then the count down will run according to the defined settings. As well as counting down on the screen, it will also be colour coded (i.e. Green screen downing the count down for work out, and red screen for count down during the rest)
