VR app development - urgent requirement - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We are looking for an experienced mobile app development partner to develop a VR app for a client. Timescales on the project are being agreed but we envisage that this project will represent six weeks (absolute maximum) of work. There is an end date which *must* be completed on time. We are happy to pay up on a set fee basis if and only if the project is delivered on time. Payment will be made on successful sign off by the client. This project will *not* be offered on a time and material basis. If the project is delivered late, a penalty fee will apply.
