It's depend on your target Market and If you are looking to launch in UK or US-based market initially then IOS App would be the ideal choice since the user base of iPhone user are in larger quantity and you will be able to get a great reach and adaptation. This is the best way to decide like which tech stack would be best for your Mobile Application development. I can use React-native , swift, flutter etc. so tech stack, would not be an issue for me but the price and timeline for each stack would be different since each one has its own set of rules and complexity.
