A mobile phone app that is able to keep track of my food intake/ amount of food left etc(repost)

Hi, I would like to create a program that has a couple of features. First i need an app on a mobile phone that can communicate with my computer. I need to be able to select a couple of things there that i will explain further on. The first thing i need to be able to select is to scan items such as foods. These scanned foods will then we send to my computer to make a database of all the foods i consume. I also need to be able to put in the amount of suger it contains etc. I need this database for further features. Second i should be able to select my or someone elses name in my household. After this you can scan the food you want again and the phone sends the barcode i just scanned to my pc which then put this food by my name, by using the database made by the previous feature, in a program like excel or whatever you prefer. This allows me to calculate my daily intake of sugar, etc. The third feature i need is a database with all the foods i have at home. I can again scan foods when i come home from the store, the barcodes are send to my pc, it searches the database from the 1st feature and puts it in a new database which contains the food i have. Also it allows me to put in amounts and dates when the food will go bad. The second feature will also be used in this so that foods that i scan when i eat them are deleted from this database so that i know i don't have them in my home anymore. Also a way for me to see which things have run out would be nice. This way i have a shopping list everywhere i go. That is i think the summary of what i would like. Tips etc are allways welcome. I don't know how much time or work you need to put in to this so please enlighten me with offers. Kind regards One thing i forgot to add whitch maybe hard so it's optional is a way for entering in data using ocr (for the shopping database). This way i can take a picture or scan of my bill from the store and it can extract the information. I don't know if this is possible. Let me know
