Write an iOS and Android applications

Two mobile apps that work on two mobile OS: Android and iPhone. First mobile app will be a General Shopping App (GenShopApp), and the second one will be Specific Shopping App (SpcShopApp). The following will be the main features of the GenShopApp: 0) this app need to be in iOS and Android. 1) it has the shopping ability. 2) it has sharing ability. 3) it has the ability to do auction. 4) it has the ability to control. 6) it has the ability to comment. 7) it has the ability to chat. 8) it has the ability to purchase what is in the shopping cart. 9) order live tracking. The following will be the main features of the SpcShopApp: 1) this app will not be publish in the app stores. it is being made for specific devices for certain people. 2) it has all the feature of the GenShopApp. 4) it is being developed only for android devices. not iOS here. 3) it should run medially after you turn the device on and it will keep working all the time. I mean the screen will not be turned of. it has two mode: active and not active. if the user works on the app and do shopping it’s active mode of the user not touching the device for 90 seconds it’s not active mode. in the not active mode the device should serve advertisements, instead of turning the device off. BTW, the device will be plugged to the power always except few minutes. 4) After finishing from selecting the items the person can submit an order to a certain merchant, or send the list to some one else to bring these times. if the user submit the order, the order should be sent to the merchant electronically through an API, and the merchant will add the charges to the user bill, which he/she can pay that bill monthly or weekly. 5) bill and subscription management. this app designed to work on a subscription mode, where the user can subscribe with a merchant and he can provide the products and send the bill to be paid every week or month. 6) the user can do nothing with the tablet except to interact with the application. I bean I want to disable all the controls that can hide this app from the screen. The web API will be provided by me as well as the app designs. both apps need to be in Arabic as a main language and other languages will be survey like English. I need the first version of the app as quick as possible, let’s say on week from our agreement. it’s not necessary to have all the features in the first version may be 30 -40 % of the feature and then we can add the other later. I mean I wan tot start building my foot step in the app sores as quick as possible. The development phases and the version schedule will be detailed later.
