Driving test theory exam Android application

We are looking to build a driving test theory exam application (in Spanish )on the android platform. Please find below a basic outline of our project. Our project is a driving test theory exam. Similar to this example given [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] This is a list of the main points that we need 1. Logging in facilities through email or Facebook etc 2. Multiple choice tests in study mode and examine Mode (Study mode tells you the errors immediately and examine mode tells you the errors at the end) 3. There are 85 tests each test has 30 questions images and content will be given. 4. When questions are wrongly answered these questions will be sent to a file to be studied later. 5. A progress dial so that the student knows when he/she is ready for exam. For example when a student finishes a test the progress dial will notch up, until the student has studied all of the tests correctly then the dial will show that he/she is ready for exam. 6. A smooth sliding effect from question to question. 7. Some basic graphic design would be helpful but most of the design we will be Supplied. 8. The ability to share their test results on social networks.
