Please find attached a description of the application wanted. Also below is more information. This application is intended for mobile devices (preferable Xamarin based so it is cross platform on multiple devices). On a weekly basis the website [login to view URL] is updated with weekly commentary (each zodiac sign is updated). Once the website is updated we would like a push notification sent out to the users who have downloaded the app. When the app is opened to the home screen the zodiac signs that have changes will have a special effect (glowing) to show that there is new/modified information. Once the icon is clicked the special effect (glowing) will be gone until the next push notification and the user will be taken to the zodiac specific screen that will display the information from the website. We do not have any experience/knowledge of how advertising in apps go so we would like to know your experience with services you have worked with in the past and how simple or difficult it is to implement. Please let me know your experience in programming mobile applications and any examples you can provide. Also please state the platform you would use to program the application and anything that would be needed on our end to view and help debug the app. Please let me know any questions, comments or suggestions to initiate a discussion before finalizing the details and acceptance of any bid.
