Need a detailed report on available condominium and resort properties in New Mexico and Colorado, USA. Report is for personal use and will be verified. Report needs to contain description of what is being offered in New Mexico and Colorado, reason to buy real estate (from a non-resident point of view), who is buying, where the primary buyers and investors are coming from, and specifically designate regions of the two states that are active. (Will pay bonus for a graphical represention of region with individual properties located (see below)). For each active area. Need properties that are new (since 2004) and currently under development. For each property, need url for reference. Summary of project including: amenities offered, location, contact information (email address, and phone, how long on market, developer, sales team, Number of units, Number of individual buildings (as applicable), units sold, and price list. Will bonus for exceptional work and attention to detail. Will need to see progress as project moves along (sample region) to test for accurateness of information. Writer must be fluent in English.
