As a pet project of mine, I am developing a Content Management System for the web. Not exactly ground breaking stuff, but I gotten far enough to feel that the system deserves a logo. However, I have only very little experience with logo creation, so I thought I'd give rentacoder a try... My system is called EZDC, as in Easy Digital Content. The logo for EZDC must be "customizable" so that I can use both EZ and EZDC as separate logos. Also, I have several taglines prepared (like "As EZ as it gets" and so on), so that has to be customizable too. For colors I am imagining blue-ish tones and a classy/stylish feel. If any graphics are included, they should (symbolically) lean towards one or more of the following keywords: simple, iteration, web, digital and/or content. To begin with, I had enclosed some examples of my existing logo, but decided to remove them in order to secure a "fresher" perspective on things... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
