Resize partition on Linux server

Estimated duration: 1 day or less Industry: Internet/Software Description of support work: Need someone with a better understanding of Linux file systems than me to advise how to resize a partition on our Linux server. We have a 2TB drive (dev/sdb) currently mounted to two 1TB partitions (sdb1, sdb2). We need to adjust the sizing so the second partition (sdb2) is 1.5 TB, and the first (sdb1) is 500GB. See output from df and fdisk below. You will see that sdb2 is full at 100%. I cannot provide remote access to the server, so I am looking for someone to walk me through this job over Skype or email. This must only be done if you are 100% confident this will be done without any loss of data.
