How to get new DNS IP of domain propagate immediately?

I have a domain which is hosted in VPS - 1 and I have already migrated to VPS - 2. On registrar I have removed custom Name Servers of VPS - 1 and set to GoDaddy default NS. And in A record pointed it to new IP of VPS - 2. I can see that in US the pings suggest that my domain is pointing to new VPS-2 public IP. But from my laptops I still see that domain is pointing to old VPS - 1 public IP. Although I can change the hosts file to point my traffic to new VPS, but my concern is how to point everyone's traffic for the domain to new VPS - 2 IP? If you think that can be done let me know and provide your fixed price quote.

Good day! Your computer holds a record of DNS entries to save looking them up every time. This is your DNS cache. You need to delete those records (flush the cache) entering these commands in cmd (Win+R, cmd): ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns Also, I can tell how You can do it in Linux.

Hi, before accepting, please read: no need to accept me. What is highly likely to happen is, that your IP is still stored in your DNS-resolution. You can clear the DNS-cache on windows by typing in command: ipconfig /flushdns . The second option would be to set up a 301-redirect from your old VPS1 (if it is still available) to VPS2.
