We run a shared hosting server, which utilizes Plesk 12.5.30. We are having severe slowdowns and timeouts recently. We think this could be because one or more of the sites has been hacked, but we've been completely unable to find the problem. We have already used the Linux Malware Detection tool but that hasn't found any issues. The OS is CentOS and is fully patched. It is very possible that this is not malware, but simply a server misconfiguration. We would want the successful bidder to know how to tune a Linux/Apache/Plesk server to help resolve this issue. To be more specific, while the server tends to run fine with a load around 2-4, it frequently spikes to a load over 20 and sites become unresponsive. Please indicate somehow in your bid that you've actually read this project description. We don't like auto-bids because those bidders never seem to know what is going on.

Hello Sir, No Malware Scanner can you provide you 100% accuracy. Your server needs to be checked manually. I will go through your whole server. There may be two reasons for slowing down your server or timout giving error. May be your server is infected with malwares but may one script is running behind the background. Thanks
