elasticsearch issues cpanel

I have worked with Elasticsearch and familiar with this fix. There are filesystem mounting related issues on your server's /tmp/ directory. Hence elasticsearch is unable to write there. The second error says that the index which you are trying to use is an old one from 5.6 version and it should be reindexed with 6.0 version. I need SSH root access to server to fix this problem.
