PF SENSE SETUP, ROUTER SETUP, NETWORK CONFIGURATION

Project Description: History: the network configuration was setup some months ago by a freelancer remotely and everything was working reasonably fin with the attached network scheme. Some weeks ag ISP switched the router because it did not work correctly and I hired another freelancer to setup the new router in order to work as the old one did before. Unfortunately this “expert” could not setup router and also messed up completly the pfsense server which was working correctly at this point. Later I hired a new freelancer to fix the issues. I believe this one was able to fix the router configuration at some point but could not make the pf sense server work propperly. Currenly we are working with an emergency setup in our network: ip phones are not working, we can access vtiger but I cannot access elastix gui any more, can access pf sense locally but vpn is not available and I had to put it offline, wireless network is very slow, no access to vtiger webmail interface is posible ISSUES: setup ROUTER ISP --> so I can have remote access again (it was granted by VPN conection using the public IP from ISP) --> local ip = [login to view URL] user = admin pw = configuration of pf sense server --> local ip [login to view URL] user = admin pw = there are two network cards in this server the second one is [login to view URL] .. one is to conect to router and the second one for internal network elastix and vtiger [login to view URL] [login to view URL] will provide access data later ... anyhow IP was before [login to view URL] .. WHAT PF SENSE SERVER SHOULD DO AND ALLOW allow users from inside the network access to internet (exept blocked sites) allow users from inside the network access to vtiger database (in House) and vtiger webmail interface (vtiger server inhouse, mail accounts outside lan) allow users from inside network access to pf sense server itself and elastix server (inhouse) block undesired websites .. which destract my people from work security / firewall must be garantied and improved external access via vpn must be posible statistics on web access must be available (we used lightsquid before) TO KEEP IN MIND vtiger access must be available and working for inhouse users and vpn users vtiger webmail must work and at reasonalbe speed for inhouse users and vpn users ip phones must work correctly / I have a zoiper extension configured on my laptop which should work when conected to vpn I need access to elastix gui / his is away after loosing original setup .. there is only a apache test page poping up access to pfsense and elastix server shall be posible by gui and putty and filezila ftp TO CHECK BY THE WAY: Review and improve network speed, check and improve security issues using the existing pf sense server. external access is requested for 2 autorized users only. Improve vtiger speed, especially vtiger mail client it is slowing down pc performance significantly. Vtiger mail should work same speed as other webmail clients (squirrelmail may be our performance control sistem). By the way: vtiger is located and installed on elastix server in house / inside LAN, pop and smtp server are external via Internet contection. Maybe a vtiger upgrade would we [login to view URL] MIGHT BE A SEPERATE PROJECT by the way I would appreaciate a little help to setup a default mail in windows 8, have a new laptop and I really cannot figure it out one vtiger template (quotes shall be modified just change a text for address)
