There are certain things you need to meet for the standards aside from DKIM, SPF which are - - Reverse DNS - SMTP Banner and SMTP greeting are matching your MX and RDNS - Correct settings of SPF, DKIM and DMARC (Have you tested if these are getting back with PASS results?) - Have you checked your server whether you are not sending any spam content which is/are being attached from your email server? - Any content checker is running into your box?
