Links From Authority Sites

our site can be seen at [login to view URL] it has page rank 5 and google is reporting approx 150 back links we require a handful of inbound links from authority sites. i.e. .org, .gov and/or .edu the inbound link should come from a page with page rank of no less than 6 these need to be permanent one-way links. on-going text links will not be considered this is not directory submission or article submission also please note: 1. Only links from authority sites will be accepted which means: English sites that ideally have .gov, .edu or .org domain extensions. the page from where the link is coming from should be no less than page rank 6. 2. Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of my choosing with no disallowed by [login to view URL] or NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW tags. 3. You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 4. Links must use link and text that I will provide. 5. One way non-reciprocal links. 6. No sites that require ongoing payments 7. No redirects, flash links, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics. 8. No links from Link Farms, FFA (Free-For-All) link networks, guest books, Blogs and Blogspots, or any site that is in a category that may be penalized by Google. 9. Links must not be from pornographic and other sites containing offensive content. 10. Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] 11. Link pages must be cached by Google within the past 60 days 12. The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links. 13. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses. 14. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 15. I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. 16. You must have examples of previous work.
