Link Building- 100 PR4+

Looking for at least 100 one way links for a Mexico real estate website. Links need to be from related websites (either about Mexico or real estate) and must be on page with PR4 or greater. Links must be permanent and on pages with less than 20 outbound links. They must include our link anchor text (I will provide 4 variations of anchor text, 25 for each variation or there abouts), be one way and without no-follow tags. In addition links must be from different IP addresses (specifically different C blocks). Will not except links from directories, link farms, forum postings, blog comments, throw away sites (just created for links), and so on. I reserve the right to review all the links and will only pay for those which I deem appropriate. Winning bidder will send links in Excel format and include a link to the specific page where I can find the link the anchor text used and the page rank of the page. I have a bunch of sites as well, so if this project goes well there will be a lot more.
