We stand at the crossroads of legal expertise and cutting-edge AI, enabling law firms to construct bespoke Large Legal Language Model (LLLM) applications tailored to their distinct workflows and private data. Founded by a team of ex-AI leads and lawyers from Google, Apple, Microsoft and Harvard Law, our mission is to reinvent the relationship between law and technology. Description: We are seeking experienced legal professionals to help us in evaluating and refining the responses generated by our proprietary Large Language Model (LLM). This project involves a detailed analysis of LLM responses in the context of various legal contracts, including procurement, employment, and M&A. Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate responses generated by our LLM for accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Provide detailed feedback and redlines to ensure the LLM's responses align with legal principles and contract law specifics. Collaborate with our technical team to improve the LLM's understanding and output related to legal contracts. Qualifications: A law degree from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract law, with a focus on procurement, employment, or M&A contracts. Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in legal research and writing. Familiarity with AI and language models is a plus but not required.-
